The Global Sales Productivity Team drives programs and best practices across the worldwide sales organization to help Sales Reps identify and close more business.

Joan focuses on identifying vendors, processes and people that can help increase productivity across the sales team. She works both strategically and tactically with finance, ops, marketing, legal, and security to drive initiatives. Some key initiatives include WorldWide Sales Kick Off, vendor rollouts (6Sense, LinkedIn), and Global Target Account Initiative.

Joan has been in the technology space for 15+ years. She started her career in Sales at Oracle. After 5+ years, she made the move to NetSuite and moved her way up from individual sales manager and is now leading their Sales Productivity efforts. She is currently focused on several core functions to support the sales org – Sales References, Data Integrity, Field Marketing, Productivity Tools and various Partner Programs. Having worn several hats in the organization, she is seen as a “go-to” person with strong communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.
